3.参与制定单位年度、学期计划的制定和总结,以便于单位教学工作的正常运营。

4.负责制定各类教学活动的计划与具体安排(包括但不限于蒙台梭利教学、特色课、节庆活动、户外郊游、亲子活动、演出活动等)。

5.负责每月组织教学计划例会,请老师分享准备好的教学活动或是教学计划,并于会后将教学计划发给每个老师,以便老师布置教室。

Provide a copy of the planning to each teacher for the upcoming month by Month of the following week so teachers have the opportunity to prepare their classrooms.

To model the essential Montessori principles an d inspire the staff to create an d provide stimulating an d enthusiastic Montessori learning environments.
11.引导老师正确教育有行为、社交和情感问题的孩子。
To support the staff with the management of child behavioral, social an d emotional issues.
12.每周与各班教师沟通,掌握每个班级和幼儿的发展情况。
To meet weekly with each staff member in a touch-ba
13.与教师分享教案、幼儿发展等资料,以进一步提升教师的课程设计水平。
To share these resources with staff for the further enhancement of the curriculum, programming an d child development.
14.组织教师之间的观察,并与教师分享观察记录。

18.负责安排临时代课教师的工作(包括:请假教师替班工作和户外活动看护工作等)。
Organize coverage for absences an d yard duty.
19.每天进班观察15-20分钟,检查幼儿一日常规细则及课程质量,了解学生的成长情况、班级教室的布置及教师的教学情况,做好记录并将其归档。
To visit each classroom each day for 15-20 minutes for the purpose of getting to know the children; their progress, the environments an d the teachers’ work.
20.确保每年两次正式进班观察并且做好班级评估。
